Shekinah Glory

New Rough Draft Poem

Little stripling bending near the earth
White snow hiding your age
Is the cross you have to bear
On shortened winter days.
Yet, let no man despise your youth
For in spring you will flirt
And grasp heavenward toward the sun.
Use each harsh experience
To forge your change
Into a full grown tree.

Thank you!

Only two changes. Instead of “Using” in the third to last line, try “Use”

Either delete “a” and change “tree” to “trees” in the last line, or change “striplings” to “stripling” in the first line.
